Main -->Projects-->Periodic Table Entry
Each fifth grader has been assigned an element. Research the element on the Internet or in encyclopedias and make a Periodic Table entry for it using Microsoft Word in computer class. Print it out. The entry should be on an 11" by 8 1/2" sheet of paper (held the wide way) and should include the following requirements:
Use your imagination! Interesting facts might include how it got named, who discovered it, in fact anything that's weird or unique about it.
MAKE IT COLORFUL AND PRETTY!
Put pictures on it if you like!
Below is an example of what you might do (and, more important, where you should put your information)

<--Atomic Number upper left State at room temperature upper right-->
In sentences: How it is used (What do human beings (or other creatures) need it for?) How it is gotten (how do humans obtain this element?) and any other interesting facts about it (How is it created - in stars, in laboratories? Where does it occur? What's odd about it? What is its melting point? Use your imagination.) Lower right: Your name and
homeroom
