4th Grade Routine

Class meets three times a week.
You will have a reading packet for each unit. Keep the packet in your science folder. The reading is also on this web site.
There are two regular homework assignments: a reading assignment ("Questions") and science journal notes ("Notes"). Homework is always due on the 2nd and 3rd class of the week except when we're missing a day, then I'll let you know.
There may be other assignments.
If you miss an assignment, it is marked late, and the homework is still due.
All homework is marked check-minus (unsatisfactory), check (satisfactory), or check-plus (excellent). If you don't hand it in, you get a zero.
You will have a quiz every week, a test at the end of every unit, and projects from time to time. I'll give you the date of the unit test at least a week before.
Late or missed homework affects your report card.
